• be of reasonable length.
• include the author's name, functioning email address, and web site URL, if applicable.
• endeavour to enlighten, educate, or inform.
• contain nothing of a racial, prejudicial, pornographic, or otherwise offensive nature.
• be submitted in plain text format, either in the body of an email or as an attachment.
