Why Are We Here?

After a difficult day, sometimes we say we don't know why we're here on earth. Our soul was never given a map that tells us which direction to take. Are we here to just be who we are, or help as many people as we can? Maybe it's to find our soul mate and to fall in love and live happily ever after. It could be as simple as passing off memories to a younger generation and continuing the human line. Or is it all of the above? Or perhaps none of the above? Maybe your role is to be the silent observer, the listener. The truth is, the reason why we're here changes at any given moment. You can only know why you're here right now by taking a deep breath, then thinking about the situation at hand and asking yourself, "What should I be doing right now that's within my limits?"

We all hold on to whatever makes us happy and hope we never fade away, because our spirit never wants to die (and truthfully, it CANNOT die) We might not know where we want to be in the future and we often forget where we were in the past, but our spirit knows where we want to be at this very moment. This is because our spirit LIVES in the fullest sense of the word, it knows neither past nor future, only the here and now.

Although I respect how people with non-spiritual beliefs think, I could never get how they think it's the complete end of themselves when they die. When I think of living, I think of my spirit as going on forever because it simply knows nothing else to do. In other words, my spirit is an is! It always is, always changing, always living - and simply always BEING. I only know what my spirit wants me to know. I could not picture my spirit or humanity ever being destroyed because it always lives--it always knows what's best for me. Even if I die right now, there are enough people that know what I believe in to fight for my cause, and I know they'll fight just as hard as I would have. Furthermore, I could never picture not having a spirit in the first place because I know my role as a human never ends. I know being who I am can never die, and I know in some shape or form I'll always live.

So, why am I here? I can only answer that question now, at this very moment. And right now I'm here because I need to tell the world that why we're all here is simply a temporary situation of circumstance! My role tomorrow will probably become different, and I might even forget that I wrote this article! Ask yourself, what could you being now? Don't worry about tomorrow, because where your spirit should be could have changed by then.
