Listen To Your Dreams

It's just a dream? Maybe. However, I believe most dreams are very significant. Dreams can help you make better choices about your relationships.

For example, I once had nightmares about the person I was in a relationship with. The dreams helped me discover that I was hiding my negative emotions. I was simply dating someone to 'feel good', and not to love or be loved. I'm glad I listened to my dreams and discontinued the relationship.

My dreams have unlocked opportunities, revealed dark secrets, and given me hope. Whether we view dreams as spiritual, religious, or logical, they can show us things that we may have overlooked.

Who knew that we could learn so much about ourselves while we sleep? Remember that education has no limits. We can never know too much. Therefore, keeping a dream journal is beneficial. Whenever you recall a dream, write it down. Write whether or not you controlled the dream (lucid dreaming) and list anything that stood out. If possible, relate your dream to your relationships. After observing the facts, listen closely to what your dream is trying to tell you.

Now the hardest part - making a change in your awakened life. The important thing in accomplishing this is being brave. Bravery isn't easily obtainable. You just 'do it.' Of course, there are still dreams that I haven't chosen to put into action. This step is so tough because it requires inner strength. Outside resources (even reading this article!) can't help you much with this part.

I don't recommend paying someone to interpret your dreams for you. I believe that you're the only person who truly knows what your dreams represent. In my opinion, interpreting dreams is easy and listening to dreams is hard. Changing our lives for the better after listening to our dreams is even harder. But the outcome is extremely rewarding.
